Held over 5 days each summer, Newkind is an annual social justice conference for social entrepreneurs, service providers, activists, advocates and changemakers, which I designed to empower and inspire more effective actions for social change.

As the founding director of Newkind, I commit a large portion of my year towards developing both the curriculum and the relationships required to bring multiple social justice causes and campaigns together under a combined and focused intention; to work towards socio-economic justice and wholistic sustainability.

Held on a stunning oceanfront festival venue in Marion Bay, Tasmania, powered solely by green energy with a zero-waste policy and a plant-based diet provided, Newkind is the ultimate boot camp for social change.

Newkind brings together thought-leaders, inspirational educators and powerhouse presenters to cover themes across economics, ecology, education, arts, activism and advocacy. This diverse programme is mindfully curated to connect both conceptual dots as well as epic humans.

By building symbiotic relationships through a network of intelligent nodes, we become far more powerful than the sum of our parts, and that's what Newkind is all about; empowerment for effective social change.
